Many items are left by accident in the Club every week. Filling in all details and lodging this form online is the quickest and easiest way to help us locate your property. We understand your items are important to you and Carina Leagues Club endeavour to assist all of our members and guests in regaining their property as soon as possible.

Please provide as many details as possible to help us locate your lost item. Include any identifying features such as colour, brand etc.

Carina Leagues Club cannot be held responsible for any items that are left behind in the venue. It is the responsibility of members and guests to ensure that they have all their belongings when leaving the Club.

As per legal requirements, Lost Property is held for 28 days from the date it was found, and then disposed of.

  • Provide a phone number that we can contact you on should your item be found.
  • If we cannot reach you by phone, we will send you an email should your item be found.
  • The date that the property was lost at the Club.

  • Please provide as much detail as possible about the lost item including any identifying features such as colour, brand, embellishments, e.g. Black Billabong wallet containing ID for John Smith.
